Roots Market

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the Natural Foods industry, have 2+ years of retail experience, understand organic vs. conventional and have a strong desire to learn and grow sales at our store. Managers are expected to role-model customer service for their staff and be participatory in the day-to-day needs of the department. For long-term success, candidates will have the skills needed to motivate, evaluate and manage a diverse employee population in a fast-paced, retail environment.
